Sweet Dreams...

Hello my Scrappy Friends! I did this page early this morning when I saw the that SOUS was having a Get to Know Me Blog Hop! I really liked the sketch and thought I would try to get this challenge in before my busy week end starts! On top of that I have 101 fever....YUK! So I will be keeping this short.

Here's my page-

The butterfly and the flowers are from Jani Lewis that I won in a blog hop!! I really bad about saving the things I love the most! I have been trying to get over that. She has an Etsy shop that you might want to check out! I added the pearls and wire on the butterfly.

Here's the sketch- I turned it to fit my photo:)

2. Scrapbookers Anonymous- use H example- Hearts, Horse, Hero's ect. You get to decide. So I used hearts on the border paper and a little heart sticker and on my quote it has a word with an H that I highlighted.
3. Scrap It With a Song - the song was "Dreams by The Cranberries". Dream is in my title.

Sketches In Thyme # 71

Hello my Scrappy Friends! I'm back today to share a page I did for Sketches In Thyme sketch challenge # 71.

The paper I used was from SEI. I chose to use my craft knife and cut our the plane and the two strips at the bottom of the page. I then added foam tape to pop them off the page. The tricky part was to pop up my plane and have a journal pocket behind. I chose to mat my picture in a cloud and attach the plane to that then have a journal cloud pull out from behind!

I rotated the sketch.

Cute Country Girl,,,

Hello my Scrappy Friends!  Thanks so much for dropping by! My page is of my mother in law when she was 5 years old! She was so cute with her curly hair sitting there with her best friends her dogs! She lived on a farm and there were no kids close by.
Here's my take on the sketch at Stuck On U Sketches.
Some close ups.
I decided to make tags because I didn't have any photos to go with this.
I drew out a jean pocket and put foe stitching on it with a hand stitched heart! Then I made a bunch of flowers to fill the pocket and stamped some fern leaves in the background. Some of the flowers are fabric and the others are paper!
I used the Country Life Cricut cartridge. Flower from Creative cafe & I added the button.
Font from Country Life Cricut cartridge and some Flower brads.

Here's the sketch.
Original Sketch

I'm also entering my page into Let's Ink It Up, Show us your flower challenge.
I made lots of flowers to add to my page.

What I'am is...

Hello my Scrappy Friends! This is my second post of the day! I'm getting this challenge in as a last minute thing! I found both of the challenge blogs this evening and I really wanted to participate!
Here's my  page-

I just had to make an Elmo so I cut a circle and then took my scissors and gave him a hair cut, added those big eye's and cut out his nose and mouth! I think he came out pretty good!

The first challenge was for Scrapping the Music, The challenge was The song  "What I Am" and it was created by Will.I.Am for Sesame Street!
I knew I had pictures of my grandson in his favorite chair and it would be perfect for this challenge!
The second was to find a sketch to use. I came across My Mind's Eye Blog and was thrilled they had a challenge and it would work! I used My Mind's Eye Complete Boy paper for the majority of my LO. Here is the sketch for blog challenge #33.
