We've Got The Moves

Here is the LO I did for Sketchy Thursdays. I usually don't do bright colors, but I thought it would make it fun! It's not as bright as it looks though.
The Sketch was a one page LO but I made mine into a two pager!

Here are a few close up shots!
I used Disney's Hannah Montana  to cut the music lines.
I really love the polka dot paper! It's from DCVW it has a shine to it!
Here is the shot of my arrow I used for a journal spot.
See how different the color looks in this shot?? I have no idea!
The arrows and flowers were cut using the Cricut Sampler Cartridge.
I welded and rotated lots of arrow to make a border.
I used the scrap dots from the letter a above to make these cute little buttons.

Here is the sketch

Of course you can see that I made mine into a two page LO.
You can still play along! You have until Wednesday night March 2, 10 p.m. est.

Hope You liked my take on the LO!

Live Laugh Love

Hello Again my Scrappy Friends! Hope you all are enjoying your weekend!
I completed another challenge! This LO is for Stuck on you Sketches & Frosted Designs. I wanted to enter this in a challenge for distressing but can't remember which site had that challenge.
This is my daughter Cassie, she is an amazing young lady who definitely loves to Live, Laugh & Love, with all her heart:)
As you can see I used Pop Dots between the layers on my flowers and also curled up the ends of the petals to make them POP! I also chalked the edges of each flower, but for some reason you can't tell in the photo.
I entered my LO into Frosted Designs Fabulous Friday challenge, which was to use something metal on your LO, card or  project!
I've had this metal embellie in my stash for a long time.  I'm so glad to be using all the things I have saved!
You can also tell in this close up that I sanded/distressed the edges of all my paper.
Here is the Sketch I used!

Happy Valentines Day:)
Well this is not a Valentines LO but I wanted to share a page I did for my heritage album. My mother in-law is the little girl! I just love her little curls!

I have to apologize for the bad pictures of my pages, it was the best of all the ones I took!
The recipe for this page was very simple.
Handmade Yo Yo Flowers, the center is a Bella Brad by Pink Paislee
Buttons
DNC Floss
Fibers
Chalking
Life's Stories "My Minds Eye" paper
Card Stock
Cricut Cart- Disney's Hannah Montana
Hope you enjoyed this page too! I'm so glad that I'm getting some of the heritage photos down. I wonder if I will ever catch up!
Have a Blessed Day:)

Love Bug

Hello again my scrappin' friends! I have another LO to share. This one is for Creative Cutter Room's Design Time Thursday Challenge. The challenge was to use a bug on what ever project you did! Well you know me I mainly do scrap book pages. I do promise I plan to do other projects as well. Any ways this page features my grandson when he was 1 week old! He is Cute as a Bug! So we say he is our Little Love Bug!
My LO was fairly simple to do! I freehand cut the green grass, then sewed it on with a zig zag stitch. I didn't worry that my stitching wasn't perfect, because grass isn't all the same either! I also stitched around my title. Here is the rest of the recipe:
Mrs. Grossman's stickers
ribbon
buttons
DNC floss
white beads
chalking
Cricut Carts-Paper Dolls Dress Up
    Camp Out
I know these aren't the best pictures, but I wanted to show you that I embossed the tree & the little bee outfit also the butterfly at the top of the page.
The picture to your left is suppose to be a beehive. My husband told me they don't hang down from trees but I left it there anyways! Oh well:)
Until next time!

4 Months Old

I'm so excited to actually have finished another page! It's very hard for me to find time to scrap. This page is of my grandson Isaiah! He was so ready for a nap when the photos were taken! He was in the Best Mood when we arrived at the photographers, but they ran overtime and he was ready for a nap! She was able to get a few shots in, I have to say the one with his stuffed cow is my Favorite one! I just love his little pouty face, ADORABLE:) Any ways here it is.
I found this cute little wooden bear at a yard sale this past weekend! I just love him!
You can't tell in the picture but on the photo it says Treasure, and the little metal  word below the other photo says Love!
I wanted to use a blue and white theme but came across another challenge just today that was to use white, yellow & Blue. I used the sketch from Sketchy Thursdays.
Recipe:
Wrights- Loop Braid
Sewing, zig zag
buttons
ribbon
yarn
DNC floss
brads
Offray-little white bow
cardstock
Cricut Cart- Opposites Attract

I will be entering this at Sketchy Thursdays
