Batter Up........Sketch # 112

Hello my Scrappy Friends & Welcome all my New Scrappy Friends Thanks to MOMO!!
I know I haven't posted for a while now. It has been so hard finding the time to get in my scrap room because I watch my grandson who likes my undivided attention! I have to put my priorities in order and he will be grown up before I know it so I chose to put family before my own wants..
I mean who could resist this face:)

Ok enough about that! I was able to fit a challenge in this week for The Scrappiest.
Here is the sketch-

Here is my take on the sketch

This picture was taken with the flash on because with it off it was just too dark!
A friend of mine wanted me to make a scrapbook of her daughter and all her softball photos! This is the first page I have done for her!

My recipe was pretty simple. I used black walnut ink spray. This was the first time I have ever used this product! It really went with the paper from We R Memory Keepers "Designer Scrapbook Pack."
I also inked the edges with my ink pad from Pretty Color. I used paper from DCWV and cardstock.
I sewed around the border of the pattern paper using a zig zag stitch.  I used a brad and stamped a receipt, using the stamp from Jenni Bowlin. I thought this would be a place for the girls names and jersey #'s, I'll leave that to my friend to fill out. Last I used my Cricut cart  Disney's Hannah Montana for the font and Sports Mania cart.

Hope you like my page!
