Give Thanks in all Things

This is the finished Page :)

This is the page I started and didn't like, I just wasn't loving the pink and blue..

Well I've been working on another challenge, I'm definitely addicted to trying the challenges!  I found a word challenge at http://frosteddesigns.blogspot.com.  The word challenge was Thanks/Thankful.  So I incorporated the word thanks in my title.  The funny thing was when I went back to the site today I found out that I need to pay better attention to deadlines! I missed it totally,  Live and Learn!  I have been so busy watching my little grandson and trying to get in my scrap room whenever he takes a nap & get all the household duties done.  This is quit a challenge because it never fails and the phone rings and wakes him up! I wouldn't change a thing though I'm crazy about my little grandson.  Luckily I was trying to work two challenges into one. The other challenge I was working on.http://scrapbookchallenges.ning.com/ the challenge is for the number challenge.  The requirements for this challenge was 4 things.

1-  4 photos
2- An element of red
3- A piece of ribbon
4- Some stitching  hand or machine

So this is my take on the page.  I really struggled for a  while because I started off with pulling the colors from the pics.  I didn't even finish this page because I couldn't get over my paper choices.  The pink and blues were just to much for me.  So I started over and love the results!  I used 4 photos, my element of red is the tractor, and I hand sewed on some of the buttons and machine stitched the ribbon.

This is what I used on my page.  My green paper is from Pink Armadillo, the tractor and wagon and Title were cut on my Cricut  Heritage, Paper Dolls, Disney Hannah Montana, the scrabble tiles were from Jolee's boutique.

Oh and the my own personal challenge I used something old from my scrap room.  The scrapbook tiles and the gold magic scraps,"I think that is what they are called."

Leave me a comment I would love to hear what you think!
